Our Lighthouse Team was established in order to meet regularly and oversee schoolwide implementations of the leadership model.  Our Lighthouse Team has been divided into a variety of action teams including facilitator, scribe, document specialist, data and result tracker, training coordinator, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People for adult student leader, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People for young learner leader, fun czar, and webmaster. These action teams aim at carrying out a wide range of essential roles including organizing regular meeting, taking notes the activities, creating and updating key documents, tracking achieved goals, leading the training and ensuring on-going staff development, helping ensure there is a component of fun in meeting or activity, and helping ensure all the staff have access to The Leader in Me website and its resources.
