One of the school missions, beside providing the best quality of English education to students, is to help remote area students struggling with their study and contribute to the society as much as possible. We believe that school is an essential part of the community and everyone can join hands for the prosperity and education of students who are in need of our support not only study materials but also financial support.

At SROKSTOUNG International School, school principal, teachers, students, and parents always devote their time, study materials, money and other available resources to supporting the school charity events. These actions indicate that school and people in the community work together very closely for better education and life of our Cambodian students living in the remote areas.

On August 24, 2024, teachers and parents from SROKSTOUNG International School organized a charity trip to Pov Veuy Primary School, located in Peam Bang Commune, Stoung District, Kampong Thom Province. This school is very close to Tonle Sap Lake and it used to be a floating school. All the students and teachers have to travel by boats to school during the rainy season.

Seeing their hardship and admiring their commitment to teaching and studying, our school was able to raise about $250 for students and teachers there. They were very happy to receive some study materials, food and money.
